Group work holds a potent medicine that is different from individual work. It is not better or worse, but different and important. Group work needs individuals to do their solo work to be most effective and individual work can go deeper faster, bringing up blind spots more readily with group work. They two approaches are stronger together, just like we are. 

The cost for the half day session is $80. A $20 deposit is required to hold your space. Only 8 participants will be in this group. We will ground into the space with an opening circle to get to know each other and establish group trust and confidentiality. This is not a therapy group but it is important everyone feels safe to go as deeply as they need to. We will work around the content of one specific story from WWRWTW and approach it from many different angles. This will include writing prompts, group discussion, dyad discussion, and visual/symbolic creative expression to reach deeper into the unconscious psyche.
